Over the years, Suzanne spent a lot of time working with the youth. Beside serving as the President of the PTA, she served as the Secretary of the town's Board of Education. Part of her role was to scrutinize the many bills of the school buildings. She quickly developed the skill set needed to notice if prices were in line, or if something needed a closer look. She brings this all important skill toThe Kosten Organization.
Edward's business carrier started at the age of 16. Ed made a deal with his high school, and began washing the schools gym towels to make money. Ed then began to wash towels for most of the high schools in the Chicago area. Soon, Ed was running a commercial power laundry. Edward then noticed a paradigm shift in the laundry rental industry, and began to rent and wash floor mats to Chicago businesses. Ed's business became the largest floor mat rental company in the Chicago area. In 1999 Ed sold the business he started for huge profits.
